You can read Thornton's growth by driving north on Washington Street. Around 88th and 92nd the blocks are compact postwar ranches with small windows and detached garages, built when this was the far edge of the metro. By 120th the homes are 1990s two story family houses, and past 144th toward Highway 7 the subdivisions are new enough that some backyards still look out at working farm ground. Each of those eras came with a different window system, and we quote them differently.
Our routes follow that same north to south logic rather than jumping across the city. Older Eastlake and the streets near the commuter rail station have mature trees and tight driveways, so those stops take longer than the mileage suggests. The newer filings north of 136th have long driveways and unobstructed elevations, which lets a crew move quickly, though the two story stairwell and entry glass that came standard in those builds needs pole work or an interior ladder set.

Winter plowing on the wide arterials throws treated slush toward curbside properties. We clear that mix wet, then wipe frames and tracks by hand so nothing gritty stays behind in the channel.

We do. The postwar ranches near 88th and 92nd and the older streets around Eastlake have smaller windows, aluminum frames and screens that have often not been removed in years. Those jobs are slower per pane because the tracks hold grit and the screens need individual washing. We give you a real estimate based on what is actually on the house rather than a flat count off a listing.
