Temecula runs on two clocks. Old Town along Front Street is boardwalk storefront, antique shop windows and restaurant fronts, and that work happens early on a weekday because weekends belong to visitors. East along Rancho California Road and De Portola Road the city gives way to wine country, where tasting rooms, event barns and estate homes carry wide fixed glass facing the rows and long gravel approaches from the road.
The residential side is mostly 1990s and 2000s stucco: Redhawk, Paloma del Sol and the neighborhoods off Margarita Road, full of two story homes with tall entry glass, stairwell windows above a landing and sliders onto a covered patio. Because the valley is wide and the subdivisions are large, we route by community rather than by street, finishing one neighborhood before moving to the next instead of crossing town between jobs.
Amazing job. Very professional and our windows are perfectly clean. Thanks Squeegeezy!

Like peas in a pod...

The gap in the hills to the west pulls ocean air into the valley every afternoon, and it arrives dry and moving quickly. What it collects along the way is decomposed granite off driveways, trail dust and vineyard row soil, and it drives all of that against the west facing side of nearly every building in the city.
Hot afternoons and cool nights then add condensation, so dust that landed dry gets damp overnight and sets in place. On the tract homes that shows worst on the tall entry glass, which nobody reaches with a hose. We wash west elevations before the wind builds, treat sprinkler spotting on the low sliders as its own step, and clear tracks so grit is not sitting there waiting.
Those two story entry and stairwell panels are one of the most common requests here, and for good reason: nobody can reach them with a hose, so they collect years of wind driven grit. We handle the exterior from the ground with water fed poles, which keeps ladders off the stucco. The interior side usually needs a ladder set over a stairwell, so we protect flooring and railings before anything goes up.
Yes. Properties along the wine country roads have wide fixed glass facing the rows, patio doors and often a barn or pavilion with high panels. We book those around the event calendar, usually early on a weekday, since a Saturday is the worst possible time to have a crew working an entrance. Long gravel drives and soft ground affect where vehicles can sit, so we confirm access before the visit rather than on arrival.
Early on a weekday morning, before the boardwalk fills. Display windows, door glass and any transoms get done in one pass while the sidewalk is still clear, which is safer for everyone and faster for the crew. Weekend work is possible but it means starting well before the shops open. Interior glass and case fronts are worth adding to the same visit, since those are what visitors look through all day.
