Sunrise carries an unusual amount of commercial glass for a city its size. The retail district around Sawgrass Mills, the arena beside it and the office buildings of the corporate park together make up a large share of our local schedule, and almost none of that work happens during business hours. Retail glass is done before opening, venue glass between events, and corporate lobbies overnight or at first light.
Residential Sunrise runs at another pace entirely. Welleby, the Sunrise Lakes villages and the neighborhoods off Oakland Park Boulevard are a mix of one story homes from the sixties and seventies, low rise condominium blocks and later two story builds, all laid out along a canal grid running west toward the levee. We route those by community, and gated sections get their access sorted before the crew leaves the yard rather than at the gatehouse.

We survey it before quoting so the method, the equipment and any floor protection are settled ahead of the visit. Interior high glass usually gets done far less often than entry doors, once or twice a year for most buildings.
