Everything about working here runs opposite to the rest of the state. Summer heat means glass on a sun facing wall gets too hot to clean properly by mid morning, so crews start early and work the shaded elevations as the day builds. Winter, which shuts down exterior work further north, is comfortable and busy, and a good share of our year happens in months that would be impossible in Salt Lake or Ogden.
The property mix is unusual too. Alongside long established neighborhoods near the historic downtown around Tabernacle and Main, there is a large stock of second homes, seasonal residences and short term rentals in areas like Bloomington and the Green Valley side.
