Two very different kinds of property share the Spring name. Old Town Spring is a cluster of restored early 1900s buildings turned into shops and restaurants, with small pane wood windows, painted trim and display glass right on the sidewalk. A few miles away, Gleannloch Farms, Klein area subdivisions and the streets off Louetta Road are conventional suburban brick, mostly two story, with double hung windows and a tall arched unit over the door.
Those two need different setups, so we confirm which type of building we are visiting before assigning a crew. Retail in the old district is handled early, before the shops open and the sidewalks fill. Residential routes work outward from Spring Creek, and because many of these lots keep their original pines, we plan ladder positions around root flare and soft ground rather than dropping a ladder wherever it happens to be convenient for the crew.

We wash frames and glass separately on those, so the grime lifted off a painted wood frame does not run down the pane, and finish with a dry pass along the bottom edge where dirt collects.
We do. Those restored buildings have small pane wood sashes, painted trim and low display glass that faces the sidewalk, so they need a lighter touch than a modern aluminum shopfront. We keep water off aging wood and putty, clean the panes individually, and detail the trim by hand. Most shop owners book us before opening hours so the sidewalk stays clear for customers and no equipment blocks a doorway.

Our default is a water fed pole worked from a solid position, which removes the need to set a ladder near a tree base at all. Where a branch blocks the line completely, we discuss a safe alternative with you rather than improvising on the spot.
