We clear the moss and organic growth out of the tracks and sill corners first, then wash, so the glass stays clear instead of reseeding within weeks. Screens come out and get rinsed because the mesh holds the same green film. The dry window from late June into September is the real cleaning season here, which is why booking it early matters.
