Underneath that sits the usual mineral problem, made worse by the amount of irrigation these properties run. The Indian Bend Wash greenbelt and the golf corridors keep a lot of water moving through the middle of the city, and homes backing onto either see both more overspray and more organic film from the greenery than the desert lots do.
