Film that has set needs detergent and a squeegee rather than a hose, and the frames get dried so the next foggy morning does not immediately pull a line back down the pane. Sap and seed on upper glass are lifted individually before the wash. Track channels on the newer townhomes fill with construction and street grit, so those are vacuumed and cleaned instead of rinsed and left.
Yes, and a lot of our clients here do exactly that. Mid morning slots work well because exterior cleaning is quiet enough to work through and needs nothing from you. If interior glass is included we can start in the rooms you are not using and move through the house so your day is barely interrupted. Just tell us which room you will be in when you book.
