That spread is why we route Peoria north and south rather than treating it as one zone. A crew working the P83 area and the neighborhoods around the Sports Complex covers a lot of ground in a day. A crew working the north edge covers fewer homes but spends far more time on second story runs and on the big view windows people bought the house for. Either way you are told which arrival window you are in before the day starts.

The north end of Peoria pays for its views. Homes backing onto open desert and the Lake Pleasant Parkway corridor catch wind driven dust with nothing standing between them and it, and a west facing wall of glass can go from clean to dull in a matter of weeks in spring.
Lower down the problem inverts. The older irrigated neighborhoods deal with hard water from long running sprinklers, plus the leaf litter and pollen that come with mature landscaping. The same house can end up with chalky lower panes and perfectly clean upper ones, which is usually the giveaway that the real problem is the irrigation and not the cleaning.
