Paradise is a township rather than a city, and it holds the airport, the university and a dense band of apartments and mid rise buildings on either side of Paradise Road. Very little of it sleeps. Restaurants along Spring Mountain Road, offices near the convention center and residential towers off Flamingo each run on their own clock, so most commercial work here happens between roughly six and ten in the morning.
The residential side is older than visitors expect. Streets off Tropicana and Maryland Parkway hold houses from the 1960s and 1970s with low windows, block walls and narrow side yards that decide which ladder goes where. Around UNLV a good share of those houses are rentals, and calls cluster tightly around lease turnover in late summer. High rise units get interior work from inside the frame, since tower exteriors are covered by the building's own safety program and its own contractor.

Traffic is the main thing sitting on Paradise glass. Constant movement along Flamingo, Tropicana and Paradise Road throws up a fine road film that reads as a gray haze, invisible at midday and obvious the moment low afternoon sun catches the pane at an angle.
Aircraft on approach to Harry Reid leave a light oily deposit on properties near the runways, and that needs detergent rather than a rinse. Behind both sits the standard valley problem, hard water, which arrives here through the misting systems on nearly every patio. Misters can fog patio glass with mineral inside a single summer, so those panels get treated separately from the rest of the house.
Most commercial work in this township runs between six and ten in the morning, before restaurants along Spring Mountain Road open their doors and before office lobbies fill up. Later starts work for buildings with quieter afternoons. Because so much of Paradise operates around the clock, we confirm access, alarm codes and parking well before the service date, so a crew is not idling in a loading zone waiting on somebody with a key.
We clean interior faces from inside the frame, which covers what most residents actually look through every day. Exterior faces above a certain height on towers fall under the building's own contractor and safety program, so we do not take those on. If your unit has glass railing panels on the balcony or a sliding door out to it, both are straightforward and get cleaned along with the interior glass during the same visit.
Properties under the approach paths near Harry Reid pick up a light oily deposit that plain water will not lift, so those buildings tend to move onto a quarterly schedule instead of twice a year. Those panes get a detergent wash and a purified water rinse so nothing dries back onto the surface. Homes further from the flight path, out in the neighborhoods off Tropicana, generally do fine on a normal residential schedule.
