Nearly every property here draws from a private well, and Pahrump groundwater carries a heavy mineral load with no municipal treatment softening it beforehand. Sprinklers running that water leave spotting considerably harder than anything on city supply, and in this air it sets within minutes.
Most first visits out here therefore include a mineral treatment rather than a plain wash. The valley floor supplies the rest of it. Open ground, dry washes and unpaved county roads keep a fine dust in the air, and afternoon wind coming down off the Spring Mountains drives it against the west side of every building, which is why that elevation needs attention more often than the others.

Give us a rough count of buildings and windows over the phone and the quote will hold. Shop glass tends to be dustier than the house, so it often takes a rinse before a wash.
