Caliche is everywhere here, in the roadbeds, the yard base and the lots waiting to be built on. It is a pale, alkaline dust that dries into a chalky film on glass, and unlike ordinary soil it does not simply rinse away with water. It needs a wash to release it properly.
The water compounds it. Basin groundwater and municipal supply both carry high mineral content, so every irrigation cycle that reaches a pane leaves a deposit that hardens fast in the dry heat. Two problems, two steps: we flush and wash the caliche off first without dragging it across the surface, then treat mineral scale separately with a dedicated remover before the final squeegee.

We review roof anchor points, tie back availability and building access with management before quoting, and the work is planned around occupancy and wind conditions. Lower floors and lobby glass can usually be scheduled independently of the high exterior work, which keeps the cost predictable.

Interior glass does need someone present, and we schedule that separately at whatever time suits you.
