Lehigh Acres was laid out in the fifties as tens of thousands of small lots and it has never fully filled in. The result is a grid of long straight roads where a new house can sit between two empty parcels and the next occupied home is a few hundred yards on. Plenty of the side streets are still unpaved. All of that means we plan a day here around geography and confirm cross streets carefully, since the naming pattern repeats across the whole community.

Both need treating rather than washing, and we test before quoting so nobody is promised a result on a pane that has already etched.
