Jupiter reads differently depending on which side of US 1 you are standing on. Along the Loxahatchee River and out toward the inlet the houses face open water, take wind off the Atlantic all day and mostly wear impact rated sliders in aluminum tracks. Cross west into Abacoa and the neighborhoods off Central Boulevard and the glass is younger and taller, set into two story elevations with arched transoms over the front doors. We quote those two jobs differently because the exposure is not comparable.
Routing here follows the bridges and the river. The north end toward Tequesta gets grouped together, Abacoa gets its own block of time, and waterfront homes near the lighthouse are booked early while the wind is still light. Jupiter Farms is worth calling out on its own. Bigger lots, longer driveways and well irrigation, which changes what we bring on the truck.

Salt is the constant. Jupiter sits right on the Atlantic and the prevailing easterly carries a fine mist that dries on glass and screens daily, not only during storms. Owners near the inlet often find a pane cleaned Monday looks dull by the weekend, which is salt returning rather than a poor clean.
We answer that with a pure water rinse that leaves nothing behind for salt to bond to, and we clean the screen and the track in the same visit, because a salted track feeds grit straight back onto the glass. Inland in Jupiter Farms the story flips to well water, iron in the irrigation and the orange staining it leaves along the bottom edge of a pane.
Homes along the Loxahatchee River and near the inlet take wind and salt mist all day, so we book them early when the breeze is lightest and finish every pane with a pure water rinse. That rinse leaves no detergent film behind, which matters because any residue gives returning salt something to stick to. We also check the seals and tracks on impact sliders, since sand collects there and grinds against the glass edge every time the door moves.

It needs a targeted treatment, not stronger scrubbing, so we look at it before quoting the job.
