Henderson climbs. Begin at the Water Street district, where the original townsite sits flat and the houses are modest and postwar, then follow Horizon Ridge or Anthem Parkway uphill and the homes grow taller, the windows wider and the lots start to tilt. Green Valley falls in between, with 1980s and 1990s tract housing, landscaping that has matured into real shade, and sliding glass on almost every rear elevation.
That climb is the whole scheduling problem. Hillside properties in MacDonald Highlands and up in Anthem carry view walls angled at the valley, often two stories of glass above a graded slope, so crews bring water fed poles and standoff hardware instead of trying to level a ladder on fill dirt. Inspirada and Cadence are newer and flatter and move quickly, which is why they usually get slotted at the end of a route. Guard gated addresses get the crew added to the gate list a day ahead so nobody sits at a callbox.
Amazing job. Very professional and our windows are perfectly clean. Thanks Squeegeezy!

Like peas in a pod...

Glass up here takes whatever the ridges send down. Wind spilling off the McCullough Range and Black Mountain carries fine grit that scours upper panes on hillside houses, and it hits hardest on the west facing view walls people buy the house for in the first place.
Lower down, water does the damage. Southern Nevada supply is heavily mineralized, and lawn heads and drip lines put it straight onto the bottom third of a window. On older Green Valley homes we routinely find years of layered spotting along the base of sliders, which needs a mineral treatment rather than more pressure. Pool decks add a second film, since splash and fast evaporation leave their own residue on patio panels.
Yes. Homes above Horizon Ridge and up in Anthem and MacDonald Highlands often carry view walls two stories tall over sloped ground, which rules out a straight ladder set. We work those from the ground with water fed poles where the reach allows, and use standoff stabilizers and leveling feet when height is unavoidable. That gear rides on every Henderson route, so a hillside property does not need a separate site visit before we quote.
We can. Communities such as Anthem Country Club, MacDonald Highlands and several Green Valley enclaves need the crew added to the gate list before arrival, so we ask for the community name and your preferred entry method when you book. Adding the appointment to your guest list the day before keeps a truck from sitting at the callbox. If your association wants proof of insurance on file, we send it over directly.
Tracks are part of the job, not an add on. Older Green Valley houses have wide aluminum sliders, and the bottom channel collects grit, pet hair and mineral crust from years of irrigation overspray. We vacuum the track, scrub the channel by hand, then wipe the frame before touching the glass so nothing washes back down onto finished panes. If a roller drags or a track is bent we will point it out, though repairs are outside what we do.
