The Great Southwest Industrial District puts a very particular kind of building on our schedule. Distribution warehouses there have relatively little glass for their footprint, but what they do have is punishing: office fronts facing a truck court, guard station windows, dock side clerestory panels and entry doors that see hundreds of hands a day. Those accounts get quoted on frequency and access rather than on a simple pane count.
