Enterprise is the newest large piece of the valley, filled in south and west of the airport across the past twenty five years, and it is still filling. Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands and the blocks off Blue Diamond Road are almost entirely post 2000 construction: two story stucco, tall entry windows, wide rear sliders and side yards narrow enough to decide how a crew works them.
That newness drives most of what happens here. A large share of Enterprise calls are first cleans on houses that have just closed, where the glass has not been touched since it left the factory. Crews also work around builders finishing the next phase down the street, so access and parking get confirmed in advance, since a cul de sac full of trade trucks leaves nowhere to stage. Established streets off St. Rose Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard run on a normal twice yearly rhythm.
Amazing job. Very professional and our windows are perfectly clean. Thanks Squeegeezy!

Like peas in a pod...

New glass brings its own set of problems, and none of them are ordinary dirt. Construction leaves stucco splatter, mortar dust, silicone smears and adhesive from factory labels, all of it bonded to the surface and none of it coming away with soap and a squeegee.
That work takes a soak, a plastic blade where the coating allows, and a careful test on any tempered pane, because tempered glass scratches more easily than people expect. Once a house is past its first clean the routine settles in: fine grit off lots still being graded nearby, and the hard water spotting that shows up the first time a new irrigation system sprays against a wall.
That is a large share of our work in this part of the valley. Glass on a newly closed house usually carries stucco splatter, mortar dust, silicone smears and label adhesive, none of which comes off with soap. Those panes get a soak and a careful blade pass, with tempered glass tested first because it scratches more easily than most people expect. It is slower than a routine clean and it is priced accordingly.
We can, it just takes planning. Phases still going up in Mountain's Edge and off Blue Diamond Road fill a cul de sac with trade trucks, and there is often nowhere to stage a ladder or park a van. We confirm access and parking with you the day before. If active grading next door is throwing dust, we may suggest moving the appointment rather than cleaning glass that will be dirty again by evening.
Twice a year fits most established streets off St. Rose Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard. Houses backing open ground or an active phase usually want three visits until the dirt settles, since grading dust travels much further than people think. Wide rear sliders and two story entry glass are what owners notice first, so some book a full clean in fall and a smaller partial in spring covering only the main living areas.
