A few streets back it is noticeably lighter, and by the time you reach Powerline Road salt barely registers and humidity takes over instead. We price and schedule around that gradient rather than treating the whole city as one place.
On the beach the method is flood and rinse with pure water, nothing left on the surface for salt to bond to, and screens and tracks handled alongside the glass. Inland the repeat issues are mildew in shaded frames and sprinkler spotting on ground floor windows. Storm season adds driven grit on the ocean side that needs a proper wash rather than a rinse.

Glass facing open water near the pier takes spray, wind blown sand and salt every single day, so a monthly or fortnightly visit is normal rather than excessive. We work before opening, ahead of deliveries and before the umbrellas go out. Entry doors, display panels and railings usually get done in the same pass since they carry the same load.
