One thing surprises people about Cypress: it has no city limits. This is unincorporated Harris County, and a Cypress address stretches across a huge area, so we route by subdivision rather than by any street grid. A crew might spend a morning inside Bridgeland, cross to Fairfield in the afternoon, then finish near Towne Lake, and those are three genuinely different builds with different window packages.
Most of what we clean in this area went up after 1995, which means vinyl and clad frames, low emissivity coatings and plenty of tall two story rear elevations facing a retention lake or a greenbelt. Gated sections need advance notice for gate codes, so we ask at booking. The 290 corridor is the pinch point in the morning, so we generally work the north side early and swing back toward Barker Cypress and Cypress Rosehill later in the day, when the traffic has thinned out.

We never use razor blades on coated panes unless a manufacturer specifically allows it, and we test discreetly first.
If your section is gated, yes, and it saves time if you provide it when booking rather than on the morning of the visit. Some communities require the resident to call the guard in advance or add us to a visitor list. We are happy to follow whatever process your association uses. If a vendor sign in is required, let us know so the crew brings the right paperwork and arrives with enough margin.
