Chandler has two window cleaning personalities and they sit about four miles apart. Around Ocotillo the houses look out over man made lakes, which means big south facing panes, a lot of them, and water features throwing spray in a way ordinary suburbs do not. Downtown around the square the buildings are older and lower, with storefront glass on Boston Street and Arizona Avenue that gets judged by everyone walking past it.
Then there is the Price Corridor. The office and campus glass along Chandler Boulevard is the reason a good share of our Chandler work happens before seven in the morning. We build the day so a residential crew can take the Fulton Ranch and Sun Groves side while a second team covers the commercial run, and neither one spends the morning sitting at the Loop 202 interchange. Booking by street is usually cheaper than booking by time slot, and we will tell you when that applies.

Water is the main story in Chandler. The lake communities run irrigation hard, and the combination of overspray and Arizona mineral content leaves a stubborn white spotting that builds fastest on the panes nearest the turf. Left alone across a few summers it stops being a cleaning problem and turns into a glass replacement problem, so it is worth catching early.
Chandler also still sits next to working farmland on its southern edge. When the fields below Hunt Highway are turned, that dust drifts north on the afternoon wind and lands on everything in its path. Homes in the newer Sun Groves and Cooper Commons stretches feel it more than the ones tucked behind older, taller landscaping.

Sometimes. If we already have a route day on your street, adding your house costs almost no extra driving and we pass that back to you. Asking for a specific time slot on a day when the crew is on the other side of Chandler costs more, and we would rather say so than build it quietly into the number.
