If you are on acreage out past Jackrabbit Trail, tell us at booking. It is not a problem, we just plan the day differently and you get a tighter arrival window for it.

Buckeye has more active construction than anywhere else we work, and construction dust is a different animal from ordinary desert dust. It is sharper, it carries cement and drywall fines, and it bonds to warm glass. Homes anywhere near an open lot pick it up constantly, and it collects in the screens long before anyone notices it on the panes.
New irrigation is the second half. Fresh landscaping gets watered heavily to establish, sprinkler heads sit close to new foundations, and the mineral spotting on ground floor glass in a two year old Buckeye house is often worse than on a twenty year old house elsewhere in the valley.
