Anthem is one community split in two by the freeway, and the two halves want different things. Country Club sits behind the gate with larger homes, more glass per wall and a lot of second story runs facing the hills. Parkside is more compact and family heavy, with the community park and its lake at the center of everything. A crew that knows which side it is working can plan the equipment before it leaves the yard.
Sitting north of the valley floor, Anthem runs a few degrees cooler than Phoenix, which extends the comfortable working window by a couple of weeks either side of summer. We treat Anthem as one route day rather than a scattering of individual calls, because driving up the I-17 for a single house is not something anyone should be paying for. Book with a neighbor and it gets cheaper for both of you.

The desert around Daisy Mountain comes right up to the edge of the community, so wind carries fine granite dust straight into the outer streets with nothing to slow it down. Homes on the perimeter load noticeably faster than homes near the park, and it shows first on whichever elevation faces open ground.
Inside the community the issue flips to irrigation. Anthem keeps a lot of green for a high desert development, and that means sprinklers running hard on hard water. The spotting shows up on the low panes and around patio doors, and because the glass here is often newer and clearer, the mineral haze is more obvious than it would be on older windows.
Yes. Country Club sits behind a gate, so we sort out the entry arrangement when you book rather than at the callbox on the day. Most residents either add us to a guest list or send a code. Exterior work does not need anyone inside, so plenty of customers are at work while we are there, and we send confirmation once the crew has finished and packed up.

Mention your neighbor's address when you call and we will schedule you together. It also means one truck movement on your street instead of two.
